Currently you can choose between the following options:
- Compare On this webpage, you can provide the sequences of two proteins. FACT will annotate the features in both proteins and will display a comparison of the two feature architectures via the feature dot plot.
- Find functional equivalents On this webpage you can use a protein sequence as query to search for functional equivalents in a selected search proteome. FACT annotates the features in the query sequence and uses then a scoring function to identify the protein with the most similar feature architecture in the search proteomes.
